Return & Cancellation

Tannit only entertains exchange of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online through this Website, and not through retail outlets. We do not accept return of any products (except in the event of a material defect in the product such that it is incapable of being used).

Any product that has been hampered or damaged during transportation MUST be notified by email to info@tannit.in within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, failing which Tannit will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to info@tannit.in and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety.

In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws , buckles, straps, will only be repaired if notified in writing to info@tannit.in within a period of two weeks from the time of delivery of the merchandise to customer after dispatch from our warehouse.

Please note, damaged products specific to repair will have to be couriered back to our warehouse wherein all costs will be borne by the customer themselves. Tannit will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise. Personalised/Customized products and products purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

In no event shall Tannit be liable to bear damages costs for return, exchange or repairs of any Tannit product on account of damage to the product if such damage has been caused by or on behalf of the user/customer/purchaser.

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

In case of cancellation prior to dispatch of product for delivery, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder. You may also opt for credit note that can be redeemed later for any future purchase on our website with validity of 2 months.

Note: Any delay in delivery due to unexpected circumstances in transit, order cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation no credit refund will be provided.
